At Consumer, we stand behind our technology with a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all electronics. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Consumer account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Ensure the electronic device is factory reset to remove personal data and securely pack it in its original packaging with all included cables, manuals, and accessories.

• 3.
  Print and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
